Kolner Sauerteigbrot


The formula for this natural sourdough bread originated in the famous German City of Cologne.  It has a slightly higher rye to wheat flour ratio 75%-25%.  It contains less than 1% salt and is absolutely sugar and fat free.

Ingredients:  Rye Flour, Flour(wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, Thiamine, mono nitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, Salt, Yeast.
