TORTE CAKES

For over 50 years, we have specialized in crafting indulgent German buttercream tortes. Each sumptuous homemade cake is made from moist yellow or chocolate cake with fruit filling and German buttercream.

Round tortes feature three layers of cake, sweet buttercream, and an optional layer of fruit filling. They are available in a variety of sizes:

• 10″ round – serves 12 to 16 people
• 12″ round – serves 16 to 25 people
• 14″ round – serves 25 to 40 people

SHEET CAKES

Sheet cakes feature 2 layers of cake, sweet buttercream, and an optional layer for fruit filling. They are available in two sizes:

• Half sheet – serves up to 50 people
• Full sheet – serves up to 100 people
